Your first 90 days
Weeks 1–2: we survey the space, prepare a test fit and an all-inclusive budget; you confirm headcount and budget. Weeks 3–4: we finalise the design, sign and start on site; you approve drawings and materials. Weeks 5–9: we build, run a 48-hour system test and hand over; you handle licensing, hiring and equipment import. From week 10: we operate, you trade.
